returns & exchanges
We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery of your item. please ensure your garment is in its original condition with the tags still attached.
If you've ordered a made-to-order garment your item is eligible for an exchange only.
This is because we're incredibly small, and a lot of time and effort goes into creating made-to-order pieces. If your garment isn't quite right we'll endeavour to make adjustments or find you something more suitable.
To exchange your garment either for another size or for a credit note pop us an email within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable ~unless your garment is faulty, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale or Sample items - these sales are final.
cancellations
please email [email protected] within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. - if we've already started processing your order a cancellation will not be possible.
packaging
All our orders are packaged in compostable, British-made paper mailers. We don't use any plastic at all in our clothing or our packaging.
gifts
if your order is a gift, we can include a handwritten note with the order - just leave your message in the 'notes' section when placing your order. We won't include anything with the price on. Forget? Just pop us an email [email protected]
